mixed experience with check-in issues

check-in process rude receptionist

the apartment was good and it had a nice location.

The check-in process was a mess. I was told self-check-in wasn't working. i had to collect the key from a different resort. the receptionist rudely blamed me for not asking for the key earlier and kept insisting it was my fault even when i went back in person.

The apartment featured a well-equipped kitchenette, i could easily prepare simple meals. the patio was great. I enjoyed watching the weather. the room was kept very clean. I really appreciated it.

the instructions using bus was not clear.

apartment size matterhorn view equipped apartment

The apartment size was quite good. the view of the matterhorn was really good, just as i had hoped! the easy walk from the station was a definite plus. It made arrival and departure much less stressful. the apartment was also very comfortable and well equipped. It had everything i needed for my stay.

the bathtub was not clean. i had to clean it myself before using it. this was a little disappointing, though the rest of the apartment was in good order.

The rooms included high-quality bedding. there was a well-kept bathroom with essential utensils. the balconies offered a perfect spot. They included seating to unwind after a day out.

Access to the train station is easy, this is very helpful with luggage. the route is flat. This avoids long steep stairs. the location is very convenient for accessing the city center.

hard sofa bed dull knives

The sofa bed was not comfortable. It felt quite hard. I also found it was not level, made sleeping difficult. I noticed the knives in the kitchen were not sharp. I think two sockets would be much better in the kitchen.

spacious apartment dog amenities missing service full trash

The apartment was spacious and well furnished. We had everything needed for our stay. The apartment is great for dog owners because a dog bed and bowl were provided.

There was no cleaning service . The two trash bins were full after a few days.
